Who we are
Steinwerk is a hybrid project development company that has emerged from the Stonehedge Group in 2021. We are an owner-managed enterprise and see ourselves as a strong, reliable partner within the real estate market. Within the Stonehedge Group, Steinwerk focuses on new residential construction. In doing so, we pursue a strictly sustainable approach that incorporates community aspects.
What we do
Steinwerk develops and realizes housing in growth regions with a shortage of housing supply – innovatively and sustainably. Our projects range in size between 50 and 200 residential units, dependent upon the respective needs and demands.

Within the residential construction industry, Steinwerk pursues an innovative and holistic approach as a central tenet of our corporate philosophy. With ecological construction methods we want to contribute to the achievement of the world’s global climate goals.

Our range of services covers the entire value chain of a property and extends from the acquisition of land and the awarding and management of construction work to the financing, operation and marketing of the property.
