Innovative, sustainable residential construction
Steinwerk designs and realizes sustainable residential projects with a high level of user comfort and strong community ties. Since our formation in 2021, Steinwerk has been responsible for the following projects:
Wohnen am Wiesenpark
In close cooperation with Tchoban Voss architects, the landscape architects Nolte Gehrke and other partners, Steinwerk is realizing a sustainable residential area in Basdorf near Berlin that is specifically tailored to the different needs of people and nature, tradition and modernity and harmoniously combines them.
Magdeburg: Börde Bogen
On the 39,145 square meter site in Magdeburg, buildings with a gross floor area of over 67,000 square meters are to be built on seven construction sites. The B-Plan was developed by the joint venture partner The Grounds Real Estate Development AG and the further realization is now taking place in cooperation.
Apartment building in Straußberg
The “Straußberg” project is currently in the development phase. Approximately 28 modern residential units are to be built. In addition to a planned underground car park and parking spaces, the project will also meet the requirements for the use of renewable energies.
