Steinwerk develops and realizes sustainable housing projects with multi-family houses from 50 up to 200 residential units, which are then rented out as existing properties or sold as ETW products.
Our housing construction projects focus on high-growth regions with a shortage of living spaces. Our main focus is on Berlin and its surrounding area, but also on other growing regions throughout eastern Germany. As a consistent partner with a holistic approach, we are able to implement new residential construction projects quickly and cost-efficiently – from the purchase of the land to the operation and sale of the constructed buildings. Social, ecological and economic aspects are taken into account right from the start.

What we do
Development
Handling of all planning phases - from the creation of building rights and requirements planning to the development of utilization concepts, market research, analysis and evaluation.
Realization
Tendering, contract negotiations and contractual processing of construction projects, including the supervision of the site management as well as cost and budget control.
Project management
Selection and coordination of the project participants in compliance with the specified project goals and preparation of the project calculation.
